Jason A. Fedorinchik

Jason is a vice president at Bodmer Price & Light, LLC.  He has been with the firm since March of 2022 and has over 4 years of experience in the business valuation industry.  Jason is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has completed specialty business valuation training offered by the American Society of Appraisers (BV201, BV202, and BV203).

Experience

Jason has provided business valuation services for both financial and tax reporting purposes, including estate and gift taxation, business combinations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, valuation discount opinions, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), Subchapter C to Subchapter S conversions, as well as management, transaction, and transition advisory purposes.

Prior to joining Bodmer Price, Jason was a senior analyst in the Business Valuation group at Rehmann Consulting.
